In 2022, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah decided to cancel all Hajj companies in Canada, the United States, Europe, and Australia that were then offering Hajj packages on their online Hajj portal. Canadian Muslims were left unsure about which package to choose and what the differences between the packages were. There was a lack of guidance and proper communication, as the online Hajj portal had to deal with thousands of pilgrims from different countries, resulting in many issues right from the start of the journey. Upon arrival, there was no religious guidance or operational group leaders for the pilgrims. All these malfunctions were predictable, as it was the first year of the new system.

It was then that we recommended that each country have its own Hajj support team. This team is responsible for taking care of the pilgrims in Canada, addressing all their concerns, and meeting their needs. This team will also travel with the pilgrims to assist them in Saudi Arabia during Hajj. Alhamdulillah, our request was approved.

As a result, we will not charge you anything, neither in Canada nor in Saudi Arabia. Our services are free for you.
